I booked Universal Cabs with 2 weeks notice for transport from Stowmarket to Ipswich and back for the 16th December. I exchanged emails regarding the booking and they were always polite and accommodating. Professional service with a proper invoice rather than just giving bank details, which I felt put me more at ease using a company for the first time. The cost was very reasonable considering they are Ipswich based and had to travel a fair distance. On the night their drivers arrived on time, were very welcoming, smartly dressed and friendly. Their cars were spotlessly clean inside and out and very comfortable. Myself and my work colleagues were all extremely happy with the service and have saved their details for future use. First time using Universal Cabs and my wife and I were extremely grateful and impressed.

Company were great at communicating, the cost for the airport transfer was worth the money and the driver was extremely helpful, friendly and fun to talk to.

10/10 driver was kind a friendly, car was clean and got me to the station on time even with unplanned road closures.
