Refund Policy
Introduction
At Universal Cabs, we aim to provide high-quality service to our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may receive a refund for our services.
1. Cancellations
- If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may incur a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
2. No-Show Policy
- If the passenger does not show up at the agreed pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, Universal Cabs reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund.
3. Service Failure
- In the rare case that Universal Cabs is unable to provide the booked service (e.g., due to a vehicle breakdown or driver unavailability), a full refund will be issued.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request or determining eligibility for a refund.
- Payments made via credit/debit cards will be refunded to the original payment method.
